Q. What Return I will get ?
A. We typically give the return back to investor for 8-20% NET returns on your total investment after sale purchase.
If you are planning to rent out your property, You will received the rental yield approx. 5-6% p.a. of of your property value. Guarantee for 5 years. And you will still benefit from the proeperty appreciation over years.
Q.What is the maximum / minimum investments?
A. The minimum investment is 100,000 Baht. There is no defined maximum investment, however each investment will have a limited amount of funding being raised, and therefore there is an upper limit to how much equity can be invested in a single project.
Q. Can I take my money out early?
A. For the Crowd-Funding investment, each investor needs to commit to the project for the full duration for 12 months.
For the property owner, you can sell back your property any time after completion, However, we are suggesting that you hold the property longer than 5 years to avoid the extra property tax.
Q. How do the profits get shared?
A. Each development has its own Agreement where the profit-sharing split is detailed. The Agreement will come in the term of funding or joint venture concept

Q. Where is the money held?
A. All the money invested with Hues is held in a segregated project account up to the point of completion on the purchase of the property. After deduction of all costs and taxes, we will split the returns to all stack holders.
Q. How do you make sure your investments are indeed safe?
A. Through the legal structure we create for each investment, our investors own a share of the property title relative to their level of investment
Q.What are the risks?
A. As with any investment there are associated risks. These can be unforeseen problems during the build, delays, changes to cost or more. We see the main risks to the projected returns and the typical measures we put in place to mitigate them as follow:
Costs & Times Overruns – Unlike invest in other investment funds, as we are develop and control the project ourselves, It’s will be our responsibility.
Market Risks – We forecast exit values dependent upon today’s market prices and do not add any expected future value to account for previous years’ growth trends. We also offer our investors a Guarantee return rate where they receive their profit right after the completion of the project.
If the property prices were to fall before the completion of a project to such an extent that the homes could not be sold at a profit, there’s the option of renting out the homes until the market recovers, or the option to sell back your share to us.
Q. How secure is it?
A. The security of the investment is structure to the legal agreement. The investor will have 2 options to choose to secure their fund between ;
The Commercial Loan Contract. We will to pay a fix Guarantee return on specified dates.
The ownership of the property. Once you invest, you will own a proportion of the property title relative to your level of investment. This is achieved through a Limited Partnership structure.
Q. Is there a guarantee that I will see a return?
A.Yes, we do have a guarantee return as per indicated in the agreement.
