The Setara: Featured on Art4D Magazine
On Art4D, The Setara was highlighted for its remarkable reinterpretation of Thailand’s historical "Architecture of the People’s Party." Designed by Professor Chatri Prakitnonthakan, in collaboration with HUES Development and the homeowner Sittha Lertpaiboonsiri, The Setara revives and reimagines the forgotten essence of Art Deco and Modernist styles from the 1932-1947 era. This vacation home in Mae-On, Chiang Mai, stands out with its clean geometric shapes and modernist lines, blending historical value with contemporary aesthetics. The project has received praise for its seamless adaptation of historical elements into a functional, serene living space.
